All services are online

The current version contains a critical quota bug: when an anonymous guest attempts to resubmit or fetch a file using its SHA-256 hash, it creates quota entries that aren't properly deleted. Over time, this causes the quota to fill up and get stuck. A fix for this issue is coming soon!
